Pixelodeon Fest in Hollywood

Our music video from last year, "The Ballad of the Noob", has been selected to screen at the first annual Pixelodeon Fest, at AFI. This is a brand new film fest showing the 'best of' web content. FYI, if you are planning to attend, although the festival webpage says tickets are $60 (steep), what's not clear on the site is that all screenings are actually FREE - it's the guest speakers that you need the tickets for. However, preferential seating will be given to ticketholders - but if you show up early enough to any screening you can probably get in.

Comic Fun

I'm trying my hand at a graphic novel. I've never really seriously thought of doing this before, so we'll see how I do. I can't post anything about the story and the characters just yet, but here are some reeeaally early tests in an awesome program called Manga Studio EX. Note that the program makes it look like I can ink, when in reality I'm a big faker. I still have a lot to learn, but I was surprised that I could get results this decent on a really rough try. I recommend this software if you are going to be doing any kind of comic work.
